Return Period
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
Returned items must be:

- Unopened
- In their original packaging
- In resalable condition
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Opened products
- Used products
- Products with a removed inner seal
- Items damaged through improper use
- Items returned without prior approval

Please include:

- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the product and packaging
Approved returns will receive return instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery if your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
After reviewing the information, we may provide a replacement, partial refund, or full refund.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been inspected.
Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
Order Cancellation
Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.
